Wavelan+2.4.20 kernel+Isa 915 mhz card=no work

Wavelan_cs drivers not work wit kernels 2.4.18+ (isa 915 mhz card)

Yea I install Both 9.0 versions of Slackware and Redhat, Both have the kernel 2.4.20, when i give a ip to the card, it begin to use 100% of the cpu and don´t let me use the keyboard.

I go back to redhat 7.3 and all work fine (kernel 2.4.18).

This morning i update to a new kernel in the Redhat 9.0 (from kernel 2.4.20 to kernel 2.4.20-19.9) and have the same problem.

I know that the Wavelan isa cards 915 mhz is old, but i have a network from 1994 with those cards in my city (15 km of separation each station).

My english is bad :) sorry for that.
