Success with Minitar WiFi cards

Paul,

I currently have one of these minitar wireless connected (oddly enough) 
to the Townsville mesh.  It seems to work fine over distance of about 
8-9km.  I have it running in Redhat 9.  There drivers are very basic at 
the moment, and there is not alot you can do with them.

But overall, Bargain card, works well.
