thx gregor, i have read about it on README-2.4 in the pcmcia-cs package
n from 2.4.3 till to day 2.4.9 my linux kernel always double ;)
one with cardbus (yenta_socket) include and another compiled as a module
and than tryin changes anything were needed, really its to hard n need
along time =) (i dunno if it's my hw specific ?) am using ASUS CUSL-2
MotherBoard.

today i can smile to the world ;) coz am BACK to the 2.2.x (2.2.19) kernel and
use the latest release of pcmcia-cs package from david (3.1.29) and it's
work... after changes smthing in the _/etc/pcmcia/config_ file.
