Please Help Identify the Eorror Message

Some of the users are able to get authenticated but some are not using SMB library, the error message is like this
   
  SMB_SessSetupAndX failed with errorclass = 1, Error Code = 5
   
  Can anybody help me to explain what exactly it means ?
