[Samba] Windows10+samba share: The remote computer isn’t responding to connections on port 445

Can you manually connect to that port from that PC via telnet/netcat?
Might be the Windows firewall interfering.

Does sound like the connection itself isn't getting through. Firewall,
DNS, Wireshark, the usual?
