[Samba] update samba help to download

Laura,

Please don't impune our hard-working sysadmin team.  They work
tirelessly to keep Samba safe for us as Samba Team members and for you
and all our users.

The integrity of our code distribution is very important to Samba and
we don't wish to be encouraging the redistribution of Samba elements
without confirmation of the origin, which is what a good TLS layer
provides.

This is the same as why samba.org downloads are only over https for
example.
