I am very sorry that you are having problems downloading Samba, but you 
are the only person that has ever complained, this could be down to 
doing something like using 'http' instead of 'https'.

Samba, as far as I am aware, has no official mirrors, so I would suggest 
that you download Samba from here:

https://download.samba.org/pub/samba/stable/

If you are using Debian or Ubuntu 18.04, you can find packages here: 
http://apt.van-belle.nl/

If you are using Centos 7, you can find packages here: 
https://nova.polymtl.ca/~coyote/dist/samba/samba-4.11.4/

Getting abusive will get you no where, especially when the problem seems 
to be coming from your end.
