[Samba] Ignoring group memberships in classicupgrade

Hi,

When running classic upgrade, I get the same message Ignoring group
memberships for all the users:

Reading smb.conf
Provisioning
Exporting account policy
Exporting groups
Exporting users
Ignoring group memberships of 'xxx' S-1-5-21-12345-67890yyy: Unable to enumerate group memberships, (-1073741596,This error indicates that the requested operation cannot be completed due to a catastrophic media failure or an on-disk data structure corruption.)

I can also see that apparently no group get imported. While on the
Samba3 server:

# net sam list groups
SambaUser

and

# net sam list users
xxx

and

# net sam listmem SambaUser
SAMBA\SambaUser has 2 members
 SAMBA\on
 SAMBA\xxx

I have something not right with the groups, but I don't have a clue what
to look at, as I never really needed the groups in Samba3.

Where or what could I look at?
