[Samba] time sync for windows workstations

Hi Louis,

Yep, time difference is only one minute, so it should adjust 
automatically. I was using the pool, but I'll try your suggestion to use 
for example ntp1.nl.net.

DC's are virtualised yes, so that is also something to keep in mind, 
thank you.

So... it seems that we are alone with the time discrepancy between DC's 
and workstations... Something to investigate deeper...
