[Samba] time sync for windows workstations

you time is allowed to have a small difference. ( max 5 min in windows server default ) 
see :  http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj852172(v=ws.10).aspx 

in time this should be automaticly adjust to the correct time.
