[Samba] Samba 4 & share permissions

I had this exact issue a while back. The fix for me was making the 
permissions on the directory above the shared directories "775". After 
that things were fine. The directory above my shares is actually owned 
by root and the root group, not domain accounts. Somehow it worked though.
