[Samba] Linux 2.6.31, samba server no longer working

Sorry. Not the kernel. Samba 3.3.7 worked (with a bug fix I had
added). It's version 3.4.2 that doesn't work. I've checked the
config files. I can't figure out why it doesn't work. I just get
connection refused.
