[Samba] Problem printing

With this stanza in smb.conf:

[printers]
        comment = All Printers
        path = /var/spool/samba
        browseable = yes
        guest ok = yes
        public = yes
        writeable = no
        printable = yes

All client machines can see the printer.  After installing the driver,
they all say "Access denied, unable to connect" in the Printers and
Faxes control panel.  But I can print out test pages just fine, and most
PCs can print.  But some complain that they're waiting for the
printer... one machine in particular can print a test page, but when the
user tries to print from Office, it doesn't work.
