[Samba] RID

I have my PDC up and running with the old (migrated PCs)

I am trying to add a new PC (XP Pro)

It doesn't seem to work from the XP Join Domain Dialogue

I have added an account with adduser

But

[root at oxidepdc samba]# pdbedit -a -m -u AZURE
tdb_update_sam: SAM_ACCOUNT (azure$) with no RID!
Unable to add machine! (does it already exist?)
[root at oxidepdc samba]#

Any idea where I might be going wrong? :-(
