[Samba] Startup and/or Access Problem

Well it could have been a bug in the FC3 version that was fixed in the 
FC4 version and was finally caught in your config.

Could be a change in syntax between FC3 version and FC4 version.

I'm not sure what exact samba versions each of those systems come stock 
with so I don't know for sure.
