[Samba] Re: XP client has Samba 2 shares 'taken over' by Samba 3 share

I found the problem and fixed it.

The client machine had 3 entries under "WINS resolution" on the TCP/IP 
properties pages. Once I deleted the two that pointed to the Samba 2.2.8 
servers, leaving only the one pointing to the Samba 3.x server, 
everything worked normally.
