[Samba] Could not create posix account info

Got the solution.

Just had to wait a couple of minutes after I restarted the ldap and smbd
services. !

Ive got no idea why.

I am using RedHat 9, samba-3.0.7.

 

When I do a net rpc vampire -S PDC_NAME, I get,

 

Could not create posix account info for user "user1", whereas the groups
are getting created. 

I have the -m option in the add user script. (smbldap-useradd.pl) and I
DO NOT have the -a option.

 

I could see the users created though. Can anyone point what im doing
wrong ?
