I've just installed the samba-2.2.7-Tru64-OSF5.1 kit on my alpha system and cant login to swat as root. Login as a normal user is OK, and root-login can be achieved if I use 'swat -a' in the inetd.conf entry. I saw others reporting this problem in the archives, but couldnt find a solution posted anywhere. Can anyone help please? Thanks, Terry.
