[Samba] Access CDROM/Floppy while using a Windows TS Client

You can mount the local floppy drive over SMB - that is, have a samba
server that shares out /mnt/floppy.

However this is not the way the Windows remote desktop clients do it
however, they use a completely different protocol (not even CIFS in RDP,
at least from what I've heard).
