[Samba] Samba switches install directories.

Hey,

	My system is RH 7.3, Kern 2.2.21, samba 2.2.7a.
	When I installed 2.2.7a  tar ball, it put the files in /usr/local/samba
instead of /etc/samba.
What switch did I miss during ./configure that will put them in /etc/samba?
I saw a few switches but im not sure which to use to achieve me goal, and I
want to avoid messing with it since it is working.
