[Samba] Changing IP address in LInux does not change IP address for WINS registration

As you write wins is another machine then problem resolve on it.
As any system records wins records have life time then if change any machine
config you need refresh and clear old records in wins database. You not
write how wins uses (NT or samba) that i not write how this work.
