[Samba] Windows XP slow with samba-2.2.7 from RH7.3

Hasn't accidentaly the slow XP machine got multiple network interfaces?, 
check with ipconfig /all in a command prompt, I've had that problem with 
a software wich created virtual network interfaces, and the XP's SMB 
code wants to check all of them before giving any answer.
