[Samba] nsswitch and libnss_wins.so

I'm attempting to get WINS resolution working with Samba 2.2.8a using the
directions in source/nsswitch.  I've got a fully functional Samba install
however when I run "make nsswitch" there is no libnss_wins.so file created.
Has this been rolled into libnss_winbind.so and if so are there any
additional tasks required to get WINS resolution working other than outlined
in the README?  Thank you.
