[Samba] Missing components on configure

I had that on a Mandrake 9.0 system I was installing last monday. It
eventually found out that some development packages where missing, like
readline-devel.

I dit a rpm --rebuild samba*src.rpm (from the mdk cd), which showed me
the packages I had to install.

After that, samba-2.2.8 install.
