Hi Kristyan

Be sure that none of the win-machines has more than one network-protocol 
with smb support enabled. If there's a machine with both TCP/IP and IPX 
enabled, it'll always win the election, even if the os level of others 
is higher (it sees itself as superior as it supports more things).
