[Samba] SMB.Conf when using security = domain

When adding Samba to the domain, you need to specify the -U option to
name the administrative account on the domain controller:

smbpasswd -j DOMAIN -r PDC_NETBIOS_NAME -UAdministrator%ADMIN_PASSWORD
