[Samba] How do you enter NT domain users into smb.conf shares?

I have a W2K network and DC.  My RedHat Linux 7.2 server is a member server
of this domain with security = domain.  I am also running Winbind.

How do I make a share in my smb.conf file that tells Samba 2.2.3a that a
certain NT/W2K domain user only or NT/W2K group only has access to that
share?  Do you use DOMAIN/user or DOMAIN%user or something like that?
