[Samba] samba clarification

Dear Sir,

I have a RedHat Linux 7.2 server.
I had configured as a samba server.
I configured smb.conf as per rules.
And i added smb users, after that i restart smb service.
I login as a samba user in win98 and i tried to browse thru network
neighbouhood.
I can able to see the workgroup name and i can't able to access shares which
i configured in smb.conf.
I dont know what's the reason and why the files are not sharing ?
