Yeah. We're workign on a good solution to this....
would you scream if we exported the mapping tdb
via the registry api and used regedit.exe ? :-)

If you have a level 10 log file hanging around I could probably
tell you, But my guess is that problem was the fact the NSS
getpwnam() is case sensitive. What were the user's typing the
name in as?
