[Samba] unable to install printer. access is denied.

  * create spool directories for lpd
  * add the entry to smb.conf
  * etc...


btw... most people choose to setup the printer beforehand and simply 
use the printer properties page to upload and install a new driver for the 
printer (i.e. the "New Driver..." button).
