Auto start of samba with SSL

I have managed to compile samba 2.2.1a on linux 2.4.2 with SSL ,but I would 
like to start it automatically from init level 3. However I need to key in 
the password for the certificate in order for it to run. There is a mention 
to this being possible in the samba book using python, but I'm no python 
programmer.

Has anyone done this, or got a solution to my problem.
