A server browsing a client

Hi,

Hope you can help me with this strange problem I'm having:

All NT-Clients can browse each other and the server(master browser & 
authentication server) and can net view each other, but the server can't
browse the clients.. (using smbclient -L client)

Is this problem known or is it another strange Microsoft security 
patch?
