nmbd & PCMCIA

A few FreeBSD users have emailed me noting they have had problems with
PCMCIA cards and nmbd.  Apparently nmbd is being loaded before the PCMCIA
card and nmbd core dumps silently.  This is using 2.2.0, anyone know
anything about this, he's an excerpt from the log.
