private directory not created in 2.2.0-alpha1

Hello,

I just noticed that joining a NT domain on a freshly compiled Samba
2.2.0-alpha1
fails because the the .../private directory where smbpasswd -j wants to
deposit the
MACHINE.SID and secrets.tbd files is not created automatically.

So either make install or the documentation (DOMAIN_MEMBER.txt) should be
updated.

I do not know if this affects 2.0.x as well because I am using the Debian
package
normally.
