Samba 2.0.7 on Irix4

Following up my own message(*) I fixed the new problem introduced with
2.0.7 on Irix4, as the configuration script made incorrect assumptions
about what an Irix machine looked like.  Removing the new stuff let to
a working system -- when one applies the usual patches which have been
needed for at least the last 4 versions.
