Help with browsing

We have MS dialup services to our corporate network (RAS) which use to let
see any samba servers just like NT servers.
With newer samba 2.04/2.05 software or perhaps NT network changes (I can not
control and do not get told about ) I cab no longer connect from home w95
client.  Samba server does appear in browser list but  It does not find
server when I try to connect to it.
