Problem in Installing Samba 2.0.6

Hello,

I was trying to install Samba 2.0.6 on AIX release 2. I get an error in the
step 1 when I try to run the "make" command. 
The error occurs while trying to compile
"/../..samba2.0.6/source/lib/interfaces.c". Here it refers to a header file
located in "/usr/include/net/if.h".
The error message given out is 

"line 93.9: 1506-007 (S) Struct or union timeval is undefined. 
The error code from the last failed command 1.
Make quitting"


I would appreciate any kind of help towards installing Samba 2.0.6
