Xerox Doc Centers

Hi,

We have a Xerox Doc Center on the network, and I have a printer share setup 
for the printer.  Is there a way to make it generate the banner sheets with 
Name, and Report Name, like it is generated from the Windows95/NT printer 
driver?

The :sh: in printcap generates a banner, but with the name of the Linux 
server.
