WINS resolving problems

Hello

I have a RH 5.2 linux system running Bind 8.1.2  and Samba 2.0.3

1. I am running Samba 2.0.3 everything works, except for the name
lookups under DNS/WINS
    Why this not work when the linux boxes seem to work

I have readied the docs & howto on dns, Bind, and Samba
