help with installing printers & security

Hi,

I've been messing around with samba 1.9.18p5 and installing printers
via the printer driver file.

Question:  Can security be set to user and still let the win 95
clients *install* printers?

We had to set security to share, install the printer, set security
back to user, and then let them print, but I'm wondering if security
can be set to user all the time.

Please reply directly, as I'm not on the list.
