Local group registration

Hello

Samba 1.9.17p2 seems to still be registering NetBIOS group [1E] 
incorrectly although the "local master = no" option is used 
in smb.conf.

I reported this happening with 1.9.16p11 and earlier releases 
(this was in May). The answer was that this will be fixed in 1.9.17.

Luke, can you tell me what happened with the fix?
