[PATCH 1/2] External authentication via script

Hi,

Please find attached a patch for 4.4.4 that adds an auth_script2 mechanism that can call out to a shell script or external program for an NTLMv2 authentication check, using ntlm-server-1 protocol as in ntlm_auth.  This includes one new auth_script2.c file, build changes as well as a supporting smbrunsecret2() function.

I'll post a patch for ntlm_auth shortly that works with this.

Harmonic has found this to be useful and we want to make sure the GPLv3 changes get out to the community where folks can re-use or re-work this if useful to you.
