[PATCHES] samba-tool user and group move commands

Hi!

In order to make the samba-tool ou management tool even more useful,
(which I've submitted a few minutes ago) I've prepared a 'move' sub
command for the samba-tool user and group management.

Please note that the tests depend on the samba-tool ou management tool.

I do provide these patches in one set, since the new commands and tests
are very similar.
