Samba3 to Samba4 Migration

No, sorry these password hash types are incompatible.  Only
sambaNTPassword style passwords (ie, the NT hash, aka arcfour-hmac-md5)
can be imported.

The only other case we could handle is where we have the original
cleartext for some reason.
