Right, and I see no progress there whatsoever. One of the reasons for
that I keep hearing is that the S3 devs are busy with SMB2.x stuff.
Hence my proposal to get them more time, but still release the AD stuff.

I know I can't make the call on how to do the integration. I have
neither the knowledge to weight the pros/cons of every solution nor
the time to put in the work. So who has?
