[PATCH] s4-drs: additional delete test cases

Hi Tridge,

Here is the patch to test the delete procedure.

It has three test suites:

1 - BasicDeleteTests: test the delete procedure only when recycle bin is
disabled
2 - RecycleBinActivationTests: test the recycle bin activation procedure
3 - ThreeStageDeleteTests: test the three stage delete procedure

I made a small change on the tests and now they are only performed depending
on the Recycle Bin status and the functional level. With this change, the
tests are not going to fail if the functional level is not the necessary or
if the Recycle Bin was already enabled. Maybe displaying a warning when the
test were not executed would be a better approach, but I could not work out
how to display the warning.
