RFCs, Debian and Samba build dependencies

I wasn't aware that the merged-build does not work without the RFC files.
I think we should re-add the RFCs to the Samba3 tarballs to fix the merged
build. Debian could remove the RFCs for their Samba3 packages.
Are there any objections?
