Samba 3.0.32 - access time is set to modification time on copying file to share, not to current time

There have been many fixes to the time handling between 3.0.x
and 3.2, that was one of the big fixes that differentiates
the two versions.

We're probably not going to back-port this fix to 3.0.x,
is it a problem to move to 3.2.x instead ?
