Samba 3.0.32 - access time is set to modification time on copying file to share, not to current time

Hi all,

I've encoutered strange behaviour of samba 3.0.32 with file access time:
when I copy a file to samba share (drag&drop or Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V) and then look to its properties, I see that
last access time is set to last modification time (while regular flow is set access time to current time).

To catch that issue I've used zero-length file of unknown type (otherwise MS explorer can read that file
a while after copying and update access time to current by this operation).

Is it known problem with 3.0.x branch? How can we fix it?

P.S. I've tried to do the same with samba 3.2.0: no such behaviour was observed,
access time is updated by current time on copy to samba share.

Thanks for support,
