PATCH VFS_GPFS Leases & Sharemode fix

Hi all,

the first attached patch alters the GPFS VFS Module to allow gpfs leases.
It introduces the new VFS Operation SMB_VFS_OP_LINUX_SETLEASE.

The second attached patch fixes the behaviour of GPFS sharemodes when
the access mask is no_access.

Please review it and, if appropriate, check it in.
